Privacy Policy

Pi Innovent Private Limited (“Pi Innovent”, “we”, “us”) operates www.piinnovent.com and the customer portal at cpr.piinnovent.com. We are registered in India with CIN U69100GJ2026PTC175913 and GSTIN 24AAQCP9469H1ZO, at 29, Krishna Industrial Estate, Bakrol – Bujrang, Ahmedabad – 382430, Gujarat, India.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Please read it. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our Website or rent our equipment.

1. What we collect

When you place an order:

  • The name of the contact person
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Delivery address and pincode
  • Company name and GSTIN, if you provide them
  • A payment reference — we do not store your card or bank details (see section 5)

When you use the Kit dashboard:

  • The serial number of the Kit you scanned
  • One-time passwords we send you, and whether they were used
  • A session cookie, so you stay logged in

When you train:

  • Compression depth and rate, measured by the Kit
  • Session timestamps, duration, and scores

This is performance data about a person. We treat it accordingly. It is visible only to the account that rented the Kit, and only after OTP verification.

Automatically, when you visit the Website:

  • IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, and time spent
  • We use this for security and to keep the site working — not to profile you

2. Why we collect it

  • Contact details — to fulfil your order, deliver and collect the Kit, and reach you about it. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Mobile and email — to send one-time passwords, so that only you can open your Kit’s dashboard. Basis: performance of our contract, and security.
  • Company name and GSTIN — to raise a correct tax invoice. Basis: our legal obligation.
  • Training data — to show you your results, and to improve our equipment. Basis: performance of our contract, and our legitimate interest in making the product better.
  • Technical logs — to keep the service secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

3. Who we share it with

Only with parties who need it to deliver the service:

  • Our payment gateway Cashfree— to process your payment
  • SMS and email providers — to deliver your OTPs and notifications
  • Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region) — where our systems run. Your data stays in India.
  • Our delivery team — they need your address and phone number to reach you
  • Authorities — where the law requires it, and only to the extent it requires

These parties may only use your information to do the job we have given them. They may not use it for anything else.

4. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share training results with your employer, or with anyone other than the account that rented the Kit.
  • We do not use your training performance to make decisions about you.
  • We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

5. Payment information

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.

Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway, on their systems. We receive only a reference number confirming that payment succeeded. If you have a question about how your card details are handled, that is a question for the gateway, and their privacy policy governs it.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order and invoice records — for as long as Indian tax law requires, currently 8 years.
  • Training session data — 60 Months after the rental ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • One-time passwords — deleted shortly after they expire. We keep no record of the code itself once used.
  • Technical logs — a short period, for security purposes.
  • Marketing contact details — until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • Show you the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing messages
  • Explain how a particular piece of information is being used

8. Security

We protect your information with:

  • HTTPS encryption on every page of the Website and the Kit dashboard
  • OTP verification before anyone can see a Kit’s rental details — the code goes to the registered contact, so scanning a Kit is not enough to see who has it
  • Time-limited login sessions
  • Server-to-server API keys between our own systems, never exposed to your browser

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will tell you, and we will tell the authorities where the law requires it.

9. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to the Kit dashboard. Without it, the dashboard cannot work — it would have no way of knowing you had already verified your OTP.

We may also use cookies to understand how the Website is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the service will stop working if you do.

10. Links to other sites

Our Website may link to other sites — our payment gateway, for example. Those sites are not operated by us, and this policy does not apply to them. We would encourage you to read their privacy policies. We have no control over what they do, and we cannot take responsibility for it.

11. Children

Our service is for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we discover that we hold personal information about someone under 18, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect. If we make a change that materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell you.
